How to Search for a Prospect's Profile

  1. Select Recruitment from the navigation and then Prospects.
  2. Use the search bar to find a prospect by name or email.
  3. Click on their profile to view full details.

Messaging a Prospect

How to Message a Prospect

  1. Open a prospect's profile from the Prospects view.
  2. Click the Message button.
  3. Type your message in the text field.
  4. Click Send.

Send a File to a Prospect

How to Send a File to a Prospect

  1. Open the messaging conversation with a prospect.
  2. Click the Attachment icon.
  3. Select a file from your computer.
  4. At the bottom of the page you can Type your message and the file will be sent together.
