View An Enquiry How to View an Enquiry before Accepting Select Recruitment from the navigation bar and then select Enquiries.Here you will see the Enquiry name, the Listing they are interested in, and their Overall Compatibility.To the right of the Enquiry click View.A popup of the Enquiry will be displayed. In this popup you will see if the Enquiry has any other active applications with other brands and an overview of how the Enquiry is compatible with your top performing franchisees benchmarks. The invited user will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and set up their password. How to Edit an Existing User Click your avatar in the top-right and select Account Settings.Navigate to the Users tab.Locate the user and click Edit.Update their role or other settings as needed.Once ready, click Save on the bottom right hand side.

Landing Page Editor

Landing Page Overview Each of your brand listings has a customisable landing page that serves as the primary touchpoint for potential franchisees. This page appears in Hattch search results and can be shared directly via URL. How to edit Franchise Landing Page Select Listings from the navigation.Click on the listing you want to edit.Click the Landing Page tab. How to edit Background & Text In the Landing Page editor, click on the Background & Text section.Upload a new background image or change the headline text.Click Publish. How to edit the Enquire Button In the Landing Page editor, scroll to the Enquire Button section.Change the button text, colour or add a call-to-action.Click Publish. How to Add Video In the Landing Page editor, click Add Media.Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL.Click Publish.

Reports and Analytics

Reports and Analytics Overview How to access Reporting Select Reports & Analytics from the navigation bar.On the top right-hand side, select the date range for Reporting.Hattch will automatically add a compare to previous period overlay. Awareness Insights Awareness metrics track the number of times your listing appears in search results and category pages. This indicates how visible your brand is on the platform. Engagement Insights Engagement metrics measure clicks, profile views, gallery interactions and time-on-page – showing how interested visitors become once they discover your listing. Conversion Insights Conversion metrics track enquiry submissions and assessment completions, giving you direct insight into the commercial impact of your Hattch presence. Listing Report The Listing Report breaks down all metrics on a per-listing basis, allowing you to compare performance across different territories, investment levels or franchise packages.

Search Prospects How to Search for a Prospect's Profile Select Recruitment from the navigation and then Prospects.Use the search bar to find a prospect by name or email.Click on their profile to view full details. Messaging a Prospect How to Message a Prospect Open a prospect's profile from the Prospects view.Click the Message button.Type your message in the text field.Click Send. Send a File to a Prospect How to Send a File to a Prospect Open the messaging conversation with a prospect.Click the Attachment icon.Select a file from your computer.At the bottom of the page you can Type your message and the file will be sent together.

Search Deals How to Search for Deals in the hattch CRM Select Recruitment from the navigation and then Deals.Use the search bar to find a deal by prospect name or status.View all active deals in the kanban-style board. Change Prospect's Deal Stage How to Change a Prospects Deal Stage in the hattch CRM Open the Deals view.Simply click, hold and drag the Prospect to the next Deal Stage and let go.The deal status updates immediately. Deal stages typically include: Lead, Qualified, Discovery Call, Application Review, Final Assessment, Agreement, Settlement. Each stage can be customised to match your specific recruitment process.

Managing Listings

Create a New Listing How to create a new listing on hattch Select Listings from the navigation bar.Click on the blue button "Create new listing" in the top right hand corner.Insert the Listing name, this will be the name that appears in search results.Select your Listing Location.Select your Investment Range.Add a detailed description of what franchisees will receive.Click Save. Once you've created your listing, you can add photos, videos, FAQ's and manage the enquiry form before publishing it live. Publishing Your Listing Navigate to Listings.Select the listing you want to publish.Review all sections to ensure completeness.Click Publish in the top right corner. Your listing will appear in Hattch search results within minutes.

View An Opportunity How to View an Opportunity before Inviting Select Recruitment from the navigation bar and then select Opportunities.Here you will see the Opportunity name, the Investment Range they're interested in, and their Overall Compatibility.To the right of the Opportunity click View.A popup of the Opportunity will be displayed. In this popup you will see: Whether the Opportunity has any other active applications with other brandsThe Opportunities preferred PostcodesAn overview of how the Opportunity is compatible with your top performing franchisees Inviting an Opportunity Open an Opportunity from your dashboard.Review their profile and compatibility score.Click Invite.Compose an optional personalised message.Click Send Invitation. The opportunity receives your invitation and can view your listing and decide if they'd like to proceed with an enquiry.

Add Profile Image How to add a Profile Image Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.Select Account Settings.Under Profile Picture, click Choose File.Select an image from your computer (JPG or PNG, max 5MB).Click Save. Personal Settings & Notifications How to update Personal Details Click your avatar and select Account Settings.Under Personal Details, update your name, email or phone number.Click Save Changes. How to Change Password Click your avatar and select Account Settings.Navigate to the Security tab.Click Change Password.Enter your current password and your new password twice.Click Update Password. How to turn on/off Email Notifications Click your avatar and select Account Settings.Navigate to the Notifications tab.Toggle each notification type on or off.Click Save Changes.
