How to Search for Deals in the hattch CRM

  1. Select Recruitment from the navigation and then Deals.
  2. Use the search bar to find a deal by prospect name or status.
  3. View all active deals in the kanban-style board.

Change Prospect's Deal Stage

How to Change a Prospects Deal Stage in the hattch CRM

  1. Open the Deals view.
  2. Simply click, hold and drag the Prospect to the next Deal Stage and let go.
  3. The deal status updates immediately.

Deal stages typically include: Lead, Qualified, Discovery Call, Application Review, Final Assessment, Agreement, Settlement.

Each stage can be customised to match your specific recruitment process.
